      ● Standard room rates start at $173 per day (plus taxes and fees, resort fee = $42, parking fee = $19).● The deadline for the FSHP discounted room block is July 16 or when the room block is sold out

      The FSHP hotel room block (discounted rate) is only available for FSHP attendees. The hotel room reservations list will be monitored frequently to ensure that reservations are related to an event registration.

      FSHP reserves the right to cancel or deny reservations if they seem fraudulent or attendee is not verified.

      • Registration

        Registration is scheduled to open Monday, March 3Deadlines● Early Bird Registration discount ends May 31 (biggest discount)● Regular Registration ends July 21 (discount)● Late Registration rates apply after July 21 through Sunday, August 10 (full rate)
        Registration & MembershipIf you experience technical issues trying to register, please contact the FSHP office ASAP (prior to deadlines). If you would like to take advantage of member benefits and sign up at the member rate, please join first at fshp.org.
        ● Nonmember registration includes CE processing (FSHP membership is no longer included)● For those who register at the discounted member rates, membership status must be current at the time of the Annual Meeting for C.E. hours to be issued, FSHP will verify membership status● If you choose a one-day registration option, you must indicate which day you will be attending


      • Accessibility and Special Accommodations

        FSHP is striving to create an inclusive environment for all during the FSHP Annual Meeting. We are taking steps to ensure that the needs of our attendees are met. We are working with the venue to properly set rooms and seating for comfort and ease for all. We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs (as requested). Please contact the FSHP office should you need to discuss any special accommodations. 

      • Parking Information

        For those staying at the resort, the parking will be its own line item on your room bill ($19+tax per day). Drive in guests will be provided with a code for the discounted rate of $19+tax. NOTE: Drive in guests do not have in/out privileges and will pay $19+tax each time they exit the parking garage.

      • Attendee Name Badge Pick Up Procedures

        TIP: You can see the check-in process from previous years on our Instagram "Rosen Centre" highlights. The process will be basically the same this year.

      • CE Submission Process

        You will claim your CE hours through LecturePanda.● Go to the LecturePanda link: scan QR code at the event, find link in the event app, on this website, in the Annual Meeting info email, or visit lecturepanda.com/r/FSHPannual2025● Enter your info (email must match the email on your event registration form). Contact FSHP staff if you need to change your email.● Enter the sessions you attend and complete evaluations.● After the overall event ends on August 10, submit your credits.
        You can return to LecturePanda whenever you need by finding the email from LecturePanda and clicking the blue button "Complete Credit Requirements".
        ● on the "Credits" tab, enter the sessions you attended● on the "Evaluations" tab, complete speaker evaluations● on the "Complete" tab, verify everything is complete and (after the event ends on August 10) click the Submit button
        ⏰ Submit your request for CE as soon as possible.Per CE Broker, all Consultant Recertification Continuing Education (CRC) must be claimed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event (September 9).Per CPE Monitor, all General Continuing Education (GCE, pharmacists and technicians) must be claimed within 60 days after the conclusion of the event (October 9).
        NOTES ● Only registered attendees will receive CE credit. ● Completed CE requests will be submitted to CE Broker and CPE Monitor. ● It may take up to 24 hours for CE to show on your record after submission.

      • CE Hours

        Educational Sessions will run from Friday through Sunday.CE Offerings for all 3 days: ● 18 hours max of General CE (GCE) hours are available for pharmacists ● 19 hours max of General CE (GCE) hours are available for pharmacy technicians ● 12 hours max of Consultant Re-Certification (CRC) hours for consultant pharmacists ● 2 hours of Medication Errors/Patient Safety● 2 hours of Controlled Substances
        There will not be a live streaming (hybrid) component to this event.
        Some sessions/tracks (listed in On-Demand Sessions section) will be recorded for on-demand access after the event. NOTE: Access to the on-demand recordings is NOT included with Annual Meeting registration. Separate registration will be required to get access to the on-demand recordings.

      • On-Demand Sessions

        Some sessions/tracks (listed below) will be recorded for on-demand access after the event (in August). Maximize your CE by attending the non-recorded session in-person and signing up for the on-demand CE after the event.If you attend the LIVE presentation you will NOT be able to claim credits twice for the same presentation. 
        NOTE: Access to the on-demand recordings is NOT included with Annual Meeting registration. Separate registration will be required to get access to the on-demand recordings.
        On-Demand recordings include: ● 6 hours of GCE/CRC/Tech      ● Saturday Afternoon Track 1 (3 hours total)      ● Saturday Afternoon Track 2 (3 hours total)  ● 2 hours of Controlled Substances (GCE/Tech)● 2 hours of Medication Errors (GCE/Tech)
        There will not be a live streaming (hybrid) component to this event.

      • Agenda & Session Handouts

        🌱We're Going Green!All attendees will have access to a hard copy of the "Schedule at a Glance" agenda (received at check-in). The full Program Book will be available digitally on the website and within the mobile app.
        There are 2 ways to access the Session Handouts:
        On the FSHP WebsiteIf you want to print your own copies, this method may be best for you. You can review the meeting agenda and presentation slides online.
        Using the FSHP AM Mobile AppFor accessing the agenda and session handouts at the event, this method will probably be the best.The FSHP Annual Meeting App will include both the agenda and the session handouts. You will be able to set your own personal agenda, make notes and view slides right from your device.

      • Symposiums & Receptions (FREE bonus events)

        The sponsored symposiums and receptions are optional and included with your Annual Meeting registration (require no additional fees), but do require you to RSVP separately. FSHP provides complimentary breakfast and lunch for registered attendees in the Exhibit Hall. 
        To RSVP, you will need to follow the instructions listed for the specific symposium/reception. FSHP does not take RSVP's for these events. 

      • What to Wear

        The conference dress is business casual overall. Keep in mind that meeting rooms can get chilly, so layers and light jackets are always a smart choice.

        💡 Don't forget clothing for other activities outside of the FSHP Annual Meeting (swimwear, formal dining, etc.)

      • Accreditation

        The Florida Society of Health‐System Pharmacists (FSHP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council onPharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
        The Florida Society of Health‐System Pharmacists (FSHP) is approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy as a provider ofConsultant Re‐Certification, Medication Errors and Controlled Substances continuing pharmacy education.
        Submit your request for CE as soon as possible.
        Per CE Broker, all Consultant Recertification Continuing Education (CRC) must be claimed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event (September 9).

      • Registration Refunds

        Fees can be refunded until June 30th, minus a $30.00 administrative fee. After June 30th, NO refunds will be issued. Contact the FSHP office for more information.

      What is FSHP?

      The Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP) is the professional association of pharmacy practitioners that promotes and supports the continual improvement of pharmaceutical care and the profession of pharmacy as an essential component for the delivery of health care.
      During our three day annual meeting, you'll be able to learn from experts in pharmacy, network with other amazing people, and acquire resources to become better a better pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
