      • Safety Precautions

We are excited to be back to an in-person meeting and want everyone to feel as safe as possible. We will be taking a variety of safety precautions to ensure the safety of our attendees, including adequate spacing, staggered session times, a new CE tracking method, and adjusted check-in procedures.
Rosen Hotels and Resorts are also doing everything to ensure the safety of guests.
        Removal of Temperature Checks
Rosen Hotels & Resorts will no longer perform temperature checks on guests, associates and vendors at any of our hotel properties and administrative offices. We continue to encourage our associates to self-screen for symptoms daily before coming to work. Rosen Medical Center will proceed with temperature taking as part of their check-in process until further notice.
        Updated Mask Guidance
Based on the latest CDC guidance, Rosen Hotels & Resorts will not require fully vaccinated guests and associates to wear face coverings while on property. Guests and associates who are not fully vaccinated are expected to wear face coverings in all indoor public spaces until further notice. At the Rosen Medical Center, mask requirements continue for ALL patients and staff.
Fully vaccinated guests and associates are welcome to wear face coverings if they choose to do so. According to the CDC, face coverings that completely cover the nose and mouth and fit snugly against the sides of the face without gaps provide some protection to the user. To maintain a respectful service and work environment, associates must refrain from inquiring about an individual’s vaccination status. Vaccination is a private choice; therefore, associates and guests will not be required to show proof of vaccination. We trust that associates and guests will follow the CDC recommendations, including mask use, social distancing, and hand hygiene, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
        What does "fully vaccinated" mean?
You are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine. If you do not meet these requirements, you are NOT fully vaccinated.

You can read about the Rosen Centre's Total Commitment for more details.
